Lee works with companies in the Energy SME sector preparing them for growth and successful exit. He is a passionate supporter of innovation and technology given his engineering background and his understanding of the challenges of introducing new technology.
The typical approach with clients is to develop strategic and business plans, working alongside them as part of the team to implement those plans, finding and arranging finance for acquisition or merger and eventually to exit.
Lee is a highly-experienced Consultant and Chartered Engineer with a broad range of leadership experiences and successes gained from numerous positions in companies small and large, including BP where he held leadership roles across projects, operations and technology development.
At BP, Lee created and led a diverse, global engineering team to identify and deliver the critical early concept decision making for future projects with CAPEX over $6 billion.
At Coflexip Stena Offshore (now Technip), an underperforming engineering team was transformed leading to a 32% growth in output and a team others wanted to join.
At BP, Lee initiated and led an internal technology programme resulting in the successful implementation of Autonomous Underwater Technology in BP, delivering 34% reduction in operational costs and underpinning the successful formation and growth of a £5 million turnover (Startup) company.
