Caroline has enjoyed 28 years leading UK and international companies in executive-level and main board positions, mainly within the Home Furnishings sector, but also with experience in Footwear and Lingerie.

She has a record of leading impactful business change that differentiates brands and companies, delivering vital competitive advantages in fluid, often challenging markets.

Highlights include:

• Turning around the performance of a £100m division of a UK retail plc.
• Founding an online disruptor brand.
• Spearheading group-level trnasformation of a €300m European omnichannel retailer.
• Step-changing the strategic growth of US based Home Furnishing brands for a world-leading franchise group.

As an early champion of e-commerce, her strength in accelerating and maximising digital channels is especially relevant for businesses navigating current market and consumer behaviour changes. In addition to holding senior positions in large-scale businesses, Caroline also founded an online start-up in the infancy of the e-commerce sector, so has first hand knowledge of what it takes to be successful in fund-raising campaigns and the pressures of small business creation and growth.

This personal experience in presenting to, and negotiating with, Fund companies as well as high net worth individuals, places Caroline in a strong position in terms of understanding what is required to prepare, support and coach current business owners who are now looking to embark on this endeavour.

Caroline has recently returned to London following a 12 year residency in one of the GCC States, where she held a senior executive position in a multi-billion dollar global retail business.

As a partner at PACP, she will capitalise on her extensive knowledge of the Home Furnishings industry with a focus on Home, Design and Interiors. This will be combined with leveraging her knowledge of the Middle East market.

Opportunities for franchise expansion along with a strategy to expand our business investor network into the Gulf States (GCC) will bring additional opportunities for PACP clients.
