Gwynn brings deep expertise in omnichannel retail, marketplaces, international expansion, governance, strategy and commercial performance. She is particularly recognised for her extensive knowledge of the Mother & Baby sector, combining customer insights with practical operational and commercial experience.

Passionate about supporting founder-led, female-founded and purpose-led businesses, Gwynn is also an advocate for circular economy and e-commerce models that create both commercial and environmental value.
