Hanim is a serial, award-winning entrepreneur, who has founded 3 successful multimillion-dollar businesses, with over 30 years of international experience in the Technology and Consumer Goods industries.

A passion for sustainability and tech, combined with strong strategic and financial skills, catapulted her into leading highly distinguished consumer brands such as Karl Lagerfeld, C&A and Polo.

She has also founded an E-commerce business and is the co-founder of a charity organisation based in South Africa.

Hanim is a Non-Executive Board Member and advisor to consumer led and tech companies; Guest Professor at Stamford University, FEDISA and Webster University; and is a renowned international speaker.

Having lived in more than 10 countries, including China, Turkey, France, Belgium, Thailand and the UK, Hanim’s expertise has been influenced by all the new markets and cultures that her businesses have successfully entered.

She is a confident speaker of 6 languages; English, Turkish, Dutch, French, German and Mandarin.

Hanim has been honoured at internationally recognised awards, including winner of the FIN Women Awards 2021, in the ‘Best Woman in Fashion’ category, as well as being a finalist in the 2022 ‘Entrepreneur of the Year’ category.

As a partner at PACP, Hanim works with a number of technology and consumer goods driven businesses, using her own track record in successfully starting, growing and then exiting a company.
