A Strong Start To 2022
A warm welcome to 2022 and our first newsletter of the new year which we are pleased to report has started very strongly indeed.
Let’s hope this continues with January being a perfect start including the completion of a significant fund-raise for our client DrumFit, our strength in the Inclusivity and Diversity sector helping us secure our first Fem-Tech client and a very positive first pitch event of the year featuring high quality presentations from Hytro, Greenbay Supermarket and Red Dog Ads.

Investment Win for DrumFit
We were delighted to have advised our client DrumFit on its recent successful fundraising.
DrumFit is an innovative turnkey physical education programme for school children and senior citizens with over $1m sales in North America.
The business is planning to expand its operations in the UK as we look to continue our work with the fantastic DrumFit team and founder Danielle Sherbo.

On a Mission to Become The Worlds First Menstrual Health Eco System
With a clear vision to launch a conscious brand offering much needed education and planet friendly products for menstruation. &Sisters offers a comprehensive and credible range of fully biodegradable period products.
With year 2 revenues already at £500k, a growth of 241% increase YOY. Routes to market already identified and secured drive the projected revenues towards £35m by 2025.
Already stocked in over 200 retailers globally, including the likes of ASOS, WHSmith, Ocado, Deliveroo, Selfridges and Amazon here in the UK.
Funding:
To date the team have raised £860k. They are currently looking to raise circa £1m EIS. At least £500k is already committed.
Funds will support the digital growth, operations, product extensions and key hires.

The one stop shop platform for plant-based products in the UK making it easy, fun and convenient for everyone to try a plant-based lifestyle whilst helping them reduce their carbon footprint.
Red Dog Ads
A direct-to-consumer advertising platform that pays consumers for viewing targeted video ads whilst providing a framework for the consumer to donate to charity.
