Thanks to all who joined us last week for our Future of Work Virtual Launch and Pitch Event.
The investor audience enjoyed a packed and informative hour focussed on this evolving and impactful sector, and we’re delighted to share details of the 3 pitching businesses with links to view the pitch presentations.
Our new Future of Work partner, David Boddy, introduced the session and the presentation from our expert guest speaker, Rod Bristow, formerly CEO of Pearson Global Online Learning & UK.
Rod’s insights gave a clear overview of the current and future landscape, highlighting how the skills gap is getting bigger, how employers are struggling to identify and keep young talent and how there’s a challenge to access the types of courses which could effectively do something about the gap.
Food for thought that set the scene for the innovative founders to present their businesses that directly address issues and needs in this sector.
Many thanks to Rod and the founders presenting.
