The UK’s most active angel investor networks continue to be in London and Edinburgh, according to a recent study.
Regional angel networks are integral to increasing early-stage investment and are considered key to spreading investment funds outside of the London bubble.
The VC landscape is changing and the appeal of angel investing is strengthening. Regional angel networks can therefore play a key role in shaping the future of the UK’s investment in early-stage start-ups.

Family Secret (www.familysecret.co.uk) is a growing snacks brand that came to life after its Co-Founders, Sunny and Harmeet, travelled on their honeymoon, bringing back family secret recipes from the people they had met.
Consumers have been demanding more variety of new flavours which are vegan, gluten free and healthier.
Family Secret’s innovative snack range, including its Indian Snack Box, has already secured partnerships with leading retailers, wholesalers and airlines.
