I built my career in the service industry working at all levels from shop floor to Chief Executive and Chairman. I have worked for multinationals, SMEs and entrepreneurial start-ups in a career spanning 40 years. It has always been important to me to understand every function to see how a business works in practice.

I have built businesses from scratch, acquired and disposed of companies on an international basis and created joint ventures, franchises and representative agencies.

My experience of working within and leading entrepreneurial organisations has involved establishing excellent working relationships with investors and board members alike.

I started Prime Advantage Advisory in June 2013 with Greg Tufnell, using our experience to work with small and medium sized businesses preparing them for growth and exit. Expert in developing strategic business plans with owners and senior management teams, working alongside them as part of their team to implement the plans, which may include sourcing and arranging finance for growth, acquisition or merger and eventually planning and managing the exit process. This approach prioritises incremental value for the shareholders.

We started Prime Advantage Corporate Finance in 2016 to offer clients a complete service covering planning, implementation, fund raising and exit.
