With over 25 years of consumer goods experience covering retail, on-line and wholesale businesses, Pippa has a track record of leading and supporting change to drive profitable growth in both large corporations and SMEs.  She has extensive strategic, commercial, financial and operational expertise across a wide range of consumer goods categories.

As Group Managing Director of a fast-growing branded kids wear wholesale business she put in place the infrastructure to support rapid growth whilst growing turnover by 45% in two years and securing licensing contracts to support future profitability.  

At The Walt Disney Company she was part of the team which rolled out the Disney Retail concept across Europe and also initiated a market plan for Walt Disney Home Entertainment which achieved 100% growth in the UK in one year, after which she became the European Vice President responsible for leading market development and commercial strategies across Europe.

Other experience includes consultancy work with the commercial teams of consumer goods companies to improve their presence and profitability at retail, coaching and mentoring of senior leaders in both the corporate and SME sector, and working as finance director of a fast-growing multi-channel fashion business.
