We’re excited to launch into 2026 with a new sector specialism, Future of Work, led by new partner David Boddy, joining us with over 30 years of entrepreneurial and management experience across several sectors including Education, EdTech, Training, Recruitment and Communications.
Technology is reshaping the world of work: Where it takes place. How it happens. When it happens. Who is involved. By the turn of the decade it’s likely that the workplace landscape for millions of people across the globe will be vastly different than it is today.
Key changes: Advances in education technology, training, recruitment, payroll management, digital security and employee welfare are all being driven by key changes:
- Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning are automating routine cognitive tasks.
- Robotics and Advanced Automation are enabling precision manufacturing at lower costs.
- Cloud Computing, High Speed Networks and Collaboration Platforms are making remote and distributive teams highly effective.
SME’s will have access to local, regional and global markets as never before, providing a competitive edge through lower costs and expanded market opportunity.
This will require a transformation in upskilling and training and will generate change in both what is taught in schools, colleges and universities, as well as how opportunities in the new world are offered to a global workforce.
There is significant opportunity in the Future of Work sector: Prime Advantage Capital Partners new Future of Work team keeps close to all of these developments, identifies new opportunities and supports entrepreneurs as they seek to maximise them.

Introducing New Partner David Boddy
Future of Work Sector Lead
David joins PACP following a hugely successful and eclectic career, including leading on Pre-Seed, Seed and Series A fundraising in the EdTech and general education space.
Over the last decade he has supported SME’s, focussing on the uplift of leadership skills, training opportunities and the development of corporate culture.
Like all our partners, David brings considerable hands-on experience of raising funds, including growing two multi-territory consulting and communications enterprises, selling both for high multiples.
David’s career also spans other specialisms; a trained journalist and broadcaster, David held high-profile PR and Communications management positions, including political press secretary to the Rt Hon Margaret Thatcher.
He’s also launched a leading UK and European lobbying company with clients in the pharmaceutical, defence, financial services and retail sectors; grown an advisory and investment portfolio; launched UK Radio Developments and turned a failed country house into a multi-million award-winning venture.
David also took a career break to become Headmaster of a prestigious London Senior Boys’ School, developing a distinctive curriculum around entrepreneurship and personal development.
We’re delighted to have David onboard with his extensive experience and networks to lead our dedicated Future of Work team.
